To date Hysen has deployed hundreds of ATMs in the market and has managed to capture about 50% of the Banks in Ghana. Hysen is currently deploying the next generation of Cash Recycling ATMs and ATM Safes in conjunction with a comprehensive ATM monitoring, cash management and incident reporting software – ProView.
Diebold-Nixdorf provides excellent security options to complement the ProView Suite of packages for their ATMs and to date none of the deployed ATMs have been compromised in Ghana by the existing threats and attacks.
Hysen’s reputation has been created due to management paying meticulous attention to detail, excellent project management skills, the continuous development of local staff and the constant transfer of technology from world class partners. The engineering staff at Hysen is all certified Diebold-Nixdorf/Thales engineers and are experienced in ATM deployment and operations. The engineering manager was responsible for installing the first ATM in Ghana as far back as 1985.
